Los Angeles, City of North Spring Street and Sotello The California Department of Parks and Recreation is preparing the Los Angeles State Historic Park (LASHP) Master Development Plan and initiating the environmental review process under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Park General Plan/EIR (SCH# 2003031096) was approved by the State Park and Recreation Commission on June 10, 2003. The Master Development Plan synthesizes the General Plan/EIR goals and guidelines into design concepts that will be implemented in phases as funding becomes available. The 32-acre site occupies a critical nexus within the geography and cultural history of Los Angeles. 11/18/2008
